POLICIES

Rates are in effect after 4/1/07.

High Season Rates – December 1 to April 15 and October 7 to October 21

Off Season Rates – April 16 to November 30 except October 7 to October 21

Rates do not include one-time cleaning fee of $90 or the Hawaii Lodging and excise tax of 11.4166%

Check in 3 PM. Check out 11 AM

Up to 4 people maximum.

A security deposit of $200 is required upon making & confirming your reservation by credit card
The balance of the reservation is due 30 days prior to arrival.
All monies are non-refundable after final payment has been made.
We accept credit cards (Visa and Mastercard) and checks (personal, business or cashier checks). A credit card is always required for your deposit and as a means of security.
There will be a charge of $52 for any returned check.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

$100 will be refunded to you from your $200 deposit should you need to cancel your reservation more than 30 days before your scheduled arrival.
Once your reservation is paid in full it is non-refundable.
